Beate Tschirch started teaching yoga in 2011. She believes that it is not about being perfect; it is about showing up on your mat. It is not about pushing you to your limits but being playful and learning to know your inner self. Open-minded, light-hearted like a child trying new things; curiosity has never stopped her, which has lead her to many different teachers and different styles. The knowledge that she’s acquired by attending many workshops and teacher trainings is the foundation of her yoga classes, which makes them a unique experience for her students. She believes that yoga is there to serve people not the other way around. This is why she loves what she does.
