Beate Tschirch started teaching yoga in 2011. She believes that it is not about being perfect; it is about showing up on your mat. It is not about pushing you to your limits but being playful and learning to know your inner self. She believes that yoga is there to serve people not the other way around. This is why she loves what she does.

Rudy often describes himself as “obsessed” with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most.
