This 40 min series will take you through a variety of postures based on the life cycle stages from infancy to adult hood and back around again. You will learn to move your body in new ways and explore the anatomical and functional benefits of doing so. Beginning with supine postures, moving into prone, hand & knees, seated, standing and back down to savanna. The idea is to be like a child, explore your body and get out of a “linear” thought process or habits that we can tend to rely on in our asana practice.
