i’ve been doing this meditation almost every evening and it’s definitely my favourite meditation to do. 30 mins might seem a long time but it’s the most relaxing 30 mins of my entire day. Absolutely love this.

I couldn’t believe how hard meditating for 30 minutes actually is. After 10 minutes in I couldn’t stop moving, my right foot was numb, spine was hurting, and felt like posture kept rounding. I was moving a little bit before the 10 minute mark, however, i was still able to stay calm with my breath.
