This class is fast paced, high energy and features headstand for advanced practitioners. Since it’s only a 20-minute class, you might want to give yourself a good warm up before you start this class running.

We do not all want to do headstands first thing in the morning. Also some of us have neck issues and it’s even dangerous to do a headstand

With all due respect (and I have A LOT of respect for Rudy), I think this class is better suited as a mid-afternoon energy boost, or a late morning routine. I did this routine first thing in the morning and thought it was too high energy for that time of day. The class is not long enough to properly warm up for the high-energy poses later in the sequence. If you are rolling out of bed and onto your mat, this class might only be appropriate if you got 8 hours of sleep and are feeling very rested. If not, I’d recommend that you try another Rudy class.
