In this All-level Power Vinyasa class, we will approach every movement delicately and mindfully. You will be taken through most poses multiple times to slowly get into your deepest and most expansive version of each pose. You will work on listening to your body and being aware, but will also be physically challenged with a strong flow and a great full-body strengthening class. This class truly embodies the idea of the strength in restraint.
