In this class, we will focus on modifications of many of the poses we do regularly. Modifications can make a pose easier or harder depending on what your body wants in that specific moment. We all have different areas of tension, different injuries, proportions, and so certain poses feel great and others feel incredibly challenging, but with this practice we will strive towards finding a version of each pose that works for you.
