This practice is ideal for people who spend too many hours in front of a computer or hunched over a phone! The class will take you through a series of poses and transitions that will open the chest and release the shoulders, bringing a freedom of movement through the upper body. Hopefully you will finish this practice with the feeling of an open heart and lightness.
