Gloria Godfrey, 200 Hour RYT, experimented with yoga in her regular fitness routine in 2007 and quickly noticed how much better she felt at the end of each day that had included yoga. Noticeable stress reduction quickly followed along with an increase in all around health, resulting in a regular practice that continues to this day. In summer of 2013 Gloria enrolled in a teacher training program which served to deepen her love of yoga and provide a new one, that of teaching others. Gloria’s teaching passion for is yoga for all, with a particular interest in those students who are looking to yoga to help balance out full time work in busy office jobs. When not on the mat, Gloria lives such a live with a fun and intellectually stimulating career developing software near Seattle, Washington. Gloria also loves to take her practice wherever she may be – be that touring the world or just outside enjoying the trees in the lovely Pacific Northwest.
