Jen Warakomski

Yoga found Jen Warakomski while she was working through PTSD that resulted from the 911 attack of New York City. Through her own recovery, she discovered that if she made the traditions a bigger part of her life and the root of her actions, she would begin to heal.

Yoga leads her all over the world & Yoga always leads her back to herself. Yoga provides her with the tools to smile at fear, to breathe, to meditate, to live life fully, with honesty, respect and presence for herself and others.

Jen is a 500 E-RYT & Reiki Master. She holds certifications from multiple Yoga trainings in Hatha, Restorative, Therapeutic, Prenatal & Anatomy that span between New York City, California and India. She studies and teaches within the Krishnamacharya lineage.

Teachers who have cemented her educational experience include Erich Schiffmann, Yogi Sividas, Jillian Pransky, Carrie Parker, Leslie Kaminoff, Sri Dharma Mittra and HH the Dalai Lama.

Pranams and Peace to all on the path!
