Teri Murray

Teri Murray has been practicing yoga since 2003 and since 2007 she has been teaching all over the country. As an athlete, she loves a challenge and finds yoga to be versatile in that it can range from a rejuvenating “rest day” workout to a sweat inducing “ass kicker”, depending on what she needs on her mat that day. Her yoga practice has helped make her a better Crossfit athlete and a better friend to those in her life.

Udaya Spotlight

Rudy often describes himself as “obsessed” with yoga and it is clearly evident in his teaching. Utilizing his experiences both on and off the mat, he inspires students to challenge their perceived boundaries while respecting their limitations. As he guides students within the class, he carefully breaks down each movement, finding myopic muscle and energetic actions to achieve the most.
